If you ordered on ______the following return policy applies:
• Full returns are happily accepted within 7 days of receipt of the order.
• Returns made after 7 days and within 14 days will be for store credit only (in the form of an e-gift card).
• Returns will not be accepted after 14 days of receipt of the order.
• Customers are responsible for paying for return shipping & original shipping can not be refunded.
• If applicable, all items must be returned unworn, unwashed, and smoke-free, with their original tags, accessories
We inspect all returns/exchanges and reserve the right to deny or refuse a full refund based on the returned condition.
Items that do not match the criteria above are subject to denial, or store credit
Please consider delivery confirmation/shipping insurance for your return/ exchange packageas House of Lucky is not responsible
for lost return packages without tracking information. By purchasing from House of Lucky you accept these terms and conditions.
How to Make an Online Return
1. Review our criteria above and make sure the items are eligible for a return.
2. Email email@example.com with your order number to authorize return.
3. Visit the shop at 502 Grand Central Ave in Lavallette or send back via mail to the following address with the return slip filled out that was included in your shipment:
